In 2012, a secret wedding took place. The location? Big Sur, Calif. An insider spilled the beans to E! News. “The weekend was beautiful because it was kept hush-hush,” they said. “Everyone was chill and had a blast.”
The couple, they’ve always been low-key about their love story. But in 2016, Millepied gave us a peek behind the curtain. He talked about how they juggle their careers and personal lives.
“As a couple, you naturally learn from each other,” he shared with Vanity Fair. “You hope to inspire each other in positive ways.” But work? “We keep that separate. It’s crucial,” he added. 2017 brought more joy to their lives. They welcomed their second child.
Fast forward to 2022. Portman decided to give us a rare glimpse into their relationship. They were celebrating a decade of wedded bliss. “Ten years today @benjaminmillepied,” she posted in August. “And it keeps getting better.”
