Martin was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada on March 26, 1950. Saturday Night Live comic who starred in the 1996 film, Jungle to Jungle, and the 1986 film, Three Amigos. He played roles in the 1996 film Mars Attacks! and the 1994 film Clifford. He also provided his voice for Madagascar 3 in 2012.
He appeared in a production of Godspell as his stage debut alongside fellow actors Victor Garber, Gilda Radner, and Eugene Levy.
