Francesca was born in London, England on August 5, 1978. English stand-up comedian who has performed sold-out shows in countries around the globe, including Australia, Ireland, Singapore and the United States. She has cerebral palsy and is known as a strong advocate for the disabled, for which she has been recognized with honors like the Public Affairs Achiever of the Year Award.

She began appearing on the BBC1 children’s drama series Grange Hill in 1994. She would go on to appear in more than 60 episodes of the show.

Did you know: Her 2014 book What the **** is Normal?! became a bestseller and was nominated for the Chortle Comedy “Best Book” Award as well as The Bread And Roses Radical Publishing Award.
