In 2012, she began her studies at the University of Louisiana-Lafayette as a criminal justice major. She began singing at age 3, and joined her first Gospel choir at her community parish at age 5.
Did you know: In 2015, following the release of the viral video, she was signed to Marquis Boone Enterprises (MBE) under a recording contract. On June 9th, 2015, she released her debut EP, “I’ll Be the One.” She became the 1st vocalist to debut in the #1 slot on Billboard’s Digital Gospel Chart without the aid of radio play, former sales, or a major TV appearance.
