Get ready for a dose of warm fuzzies that’ll have your Spidey senses all aflutter. Need more evidence that Tom Holland and Zendaya are still an item? Well, Tom recently spilled some sweet words about his leading lady.
This happened on the red carpet at the 2024 Critics Choice Awards. He had a few things to say about their shared experiences. “Every so often, Zendaya and I sit down to watch Spider-Man 1,” he revealed to Extra on January 14th.
He continued, “We reminisce about being 19 and making those movies.” Tom, who plays Peter Parker to Zendaya’s MJ, has a special fondness for these films. “I love those movies, and I cherish those moments,” he confessed.
But he doesn’t indulge in these memories as often as he’d like. Why? “It’s so special,” he explained. “It’s a luxury, a gift, to sit down and sort of relive your youth.”
Tom was in the spotlight at the Critics Choice Awards for his role in Apple TV+’s The Crowded Room. He was up for an award, and guess who was his rock during this time? Yep, it was Zendaya, who’s also 27. He leaned on her for support while working on the show.
