Many celebrities are skilled at what they do, such as acting, playing sports, and so on, which is why they are famous. But many famous celebrities also happen to be good at something else too, which is gambling. Yes, many will turn their hand to it or use it to pass the time, but those below are skilled at gambling in its various forms.

Dana White

We will kick things off with one of the most famous people on the planet Dana White. He’s the president of the UFC, and he often gambles in business with the new ventures he invests in and gets involved with. White, who is based in Las Vegas, is reported to have bagged prizes such as $2 million from playing $25k hands of blackjack at the Palms, one of the most prestigious gaming venues in the area. There is no doubt casino operators would love Dana to play some of their popular slots games instead, but the UFC boss seems very happy at the tables.

Floyd Mayweather Jr

From one man involved in combat sports to another, Floyd Mayweather Jr’s nickname is Money, and not only does he have a lot of it, but he spends a portion of his wealth on gambling. Money Mayweather seems to be a famous celebrity who stays clear of casinos and instead bets millions of dollars per year on sports such as basketball and boxing. He always posts his bet receipts online, and he often wins too.

Ben Affleck

Ben Affleck’s blackjack skills are so off the chart that many Las Vegas casinos had a quiet word in his ear to say he’s no longer allowed to play the game in their venue. This all stemmed from Affleck being able to turn up at a casino, play some blackjack, and walk away with a lot of money, something he did regularly. It’s believed he had developed the skill to count cards, although it has never been proven, which is why casinos didn’t want him playing anymore.

Ashton Kutcher

Ashton Kutcher and his skills in the gambling world were both interesting and, in many ways, short-lived. He was the face of a gambling syndicate betting on college football in the US, but his persona led many into a false sense of security, which allowed Kutcher’s syndicate to reap the rewards en masse. They used everything from numerical anomalies and data to checking the playing surfaces and weather to their advantage and duly won a lot of money as a result.

50 Cent

50 Cent, a former friend of Mayweather Jr and now seemingly a rival, takes the same approach as his former best bud when it comes to gambling, and that’s to stick to sports. Like Money Mayweather, Fiddy isn’t scared to lay down the big bucks when required, and this has seen him win bets worth a million dollars, for example, after he bet on New York Giants to defeat the New England Patriots at the 2012 Super Bowl.

Famous celebrities often have plenty of time on their hands and a lot of money in the bank to spend on having fun, which usually involves casinos or gambling of some kind. But those above do all of that but are seemingly good at what they do, and are renowned for winning, be it via sports betting or playing casino games.
