She’s been through a lot, you know? Had to deal with a health scare that included emergency skull surgery. But now, there’s talk of her making a comeback.
Derek, her husband and fellow pro dancer, hinted at this during a chat with E! News’ Justin Sylvester and Keltie Knight. This was during the show’s episode on March 13. He said, “There’s a possibility, there really is.”
Fun fact: they first met while dancing on stage during a tour. Their first smooch? Also on stage during a tour. Last year, they toured as a married couple for the first time. Now, with the possibility of hitting the road again, things feel different. There’s a new kind of tension, a fresh meaning.
Derek sees Hayley’s journey as a source of inspiration. He’s even thinking of renaming the tour to the Miracle Tour. “Because if there’s a moment where she’s with us and joining us on stage, it’s going to be unbelievably special,” he said. He’s not sure how he’ll handle it. He’s an emotional guy, after all.
Hayley’s potential return to the limelight comes three months after a scary incident. She became disoriented during a Symphony of Dance Tour performance and had to be rushed to the hospital.
